The Eucharist was instituted by Jesus at His last supper. Jesus is aware of His impending suffering and death.

"He advanced a little and fell prostrate in Prayer" (Mt 26:39) in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Guard my heart so that I may never again betray your love, dear Lord.

Spend time in church, sacred space, quiet place or find quiet in the busyness of your life--sit with Jesus and keep Him company.
