REFLECTION

Of her was born Jesus who is called the Christ.

God is fascinated by our hearts. He loves the brokenhearted. Something wonderful happens when we communicate with one another…When we talk with God.

A bit of wonder, isn't it, to have that openness of not fearing to be who we really are and allowing Him to change us to whom we were meant to be.

Jesus did not just "show up". With the readings of His genealogy we see the beauty and simplicity of His humble beginnings. With the arrival of Jesus came grace and redemption.

Did His ancestors, His family lineage form Jesus? There were some shady characters. Regardless of our beginnings, we all have the potential for profound impact, unwavering faithfulness and love.

Jesus connects with us. As humans we need intimacy (into me you see). Be willing to be vulnerable ( opened to be wounded) and the good Lord will put the "sacred" in your life.

Happy Advent

God Bless You
